1 | What's the difference between a headshot and personal branding shoot?
A headshot is a professional portrait photo, typically used for resumes, profiles, or auditions. It focuses on your appearance and creates a good first impression.
Personal branding, on the other hand, is the bigger picture. It's the strategy of crafting your image and reputation as a professional. It encompasses your skills, experience, values, and overall online presence. A headshot can be a part of your personal branding strategy, but it's just one piece of the puzzle.
2 |How do I know you'll capture my brand vision in the photos?
During our pre-shoot consultation, we'll discuss your brand goals, target audience, use of the photos and stylistic preferences. Throughout the shoot, I'll encourage feedback to make sure we're on the same page. By working collaboratively, we can create photos that perfectly embody your brand vision.
If that still doesn't sound enough, there's always the option to book my brand mentoring sessions to delve deeper into crafting your brand identity and ensuring your visual presence aligns perfectly with your goals.
3 | How can I secure my booking and pay for the photo session?
4 | What's your cancellation policy in case I need to reschedule?
I understand things come up! To ensure flexibility, we can schedule two potential shoot times to accommodate unforeseen circumstances like rain, emergencies, or technical difficulties.
However, if you need to reschedule on your own, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows enough time to find a new slot within the next 2 months. Unfortunately, if you cancel without rescheduling within that timeframe, your advanced payment will be forfeited.
After our free discovery call, if you decide to move forward with me, securing your date is easy! Here's how it works:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your photoshoot slot. This can be done conveniently through bank transfer.
Payment on Shoot Day: For a seamless experience, I prefer payment via bank transfer. The remaining balance will be due before we begin the photoshoot.
